WEICON Silicone-Fluid

WEICON Silicone-Fluid is a special, physiologically harmless sliding and lubricating agent for sensitive areas. It has a NSF H1-approval for the food industry and can thus be used in the food and beverage industry as well as in pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors.

WEICON Silicone-Fluid can also be used as release-, protective- and care agent on the most different surfaces like plastics, metal, stainless steel and rubber.

WEICON Silicone-Fluid provides a durable separating film, good surface properties and is temperature-resistant up to +250°C (+482°F).

Thanks to its special formulation and NSF H1-approval, WEICON Silicone-Fluid helps to improve workplace and health safety.

Applications:

• As a lubricant for care and protection of e.g. conveyor belts and sliding ways in the food sector
• As a sliding agent for facilities in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry
• Preserves plastic and metal parts, preserves and protects rubber from becoming brittle, freezing or sticking
• May be applied wherever occasional, technically inevitable contact to food and their packaging might occur
• Can be used even on bright surfaces due to its non-staining quality
